Mumbai: Hollywood Filmmaker Jon Favereau’s The Jungle Book has completed fifty glorious days in India on Friday. Finally, the movie came closer to join the Rs. 200 Cr club.
It seems Mowgli and his friends in Jungle Book movie mesmerized Indian audiences. The film finished 50 successful days in the theater. It is minting nonstop moollah at the box office. Disney’s “The Jungle Book” movie presents an enchanting story of a boy straight from an Indian jungle. As a result, all the people loved it from all age groups.

Be it seven or seventy year old, everyone adored the superb visuals, acting skills of the Indian-American actor Neil Sethi. As per a Disney statement, “The Jungle Book” collected Rs. 2.56 Cr in its 7th week. And the cumulative total is Rs. 183.94 Cr.
The Iron Man fame director Jon took a basic structure of Rudyard Kipling’s timeless classic The Jungle Book. Moreover, he presented an advanced version of the story backed with superb technology. It is released in India in four languages namely English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. The film hit the Indian theater on April 8 just a week before its release in the US.
Apart from Neel, Bill Murray, Ben Kingsley, Idris Elba, Lupita Nyong’o, Scarlett Johansson and Christopher Walken supported the blockbuster. Bollywood actors such as Irrfan Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Nana Patekar, Shefali Shah and Om Puri have lent their voices for the Hindi version of The Jungle Book. In addition, the Disney studio has already confirmed a sequel.
